Filmed by Bike is Portland’s annual film festival featuring bike-themed shorts. Entries are being accepted through February 15th, 2009 for the seventh annual festival, which is scheduled to take place on April 17th-23rd, 2009 at the Clinton Street Theater in Portland, OR.

It’s free to enter. All submissions must be eight minutes or less, no exceptions. The festival’s esteemed jury will preview the bike-themed submission until their eyes bleed, and select the 30 or so films to be screened at the festival.
