The van was loaded, coffee was procured and we were off to Tennessee to the second running of Dirt, Sweat and Gears. Justin and Karl attended last year’s event and had much good to say about it, I was happy to be traveling to ride/race in a new event.

I moved most of my family’s worldly possessions to a new house last weekend. In process of packing up our stuff, I was reminded that I’ve got baggage, baggage of the bag type. Hiking bags, messenger bags, hydration packs, seat bags, panniers handlebar bags, and good old backpacks.
