Thanks to a veritable press camp plethora, the Dirt Rag staff has been racking up the frequent flyer miles at a breakneck pace this season. New bikes, cutting edge technology, cool places to ride—it’s a tough job, but we can handle it.

Bikes Belong is planning to provide free loaner bikes to delegates, party officials, and the national media at the Democratic and Republican national conventions later this year. Bikes Belong hopes that the loaner bikes will showcase bicycling as a healthy, convenient transportation option for short trips.

The first full day at the 2008 Crankworx Colorado has lived up to my expectations. These young professionals routinely execute the most technical maneuvers with what appears to be the greatest of ease.
