Penn State Mountain Bike Survey

Posted: July 10th, 2008 by Karl Rosengarth

Andrew Purrington and Harry Zinn of Penn State University—Department of Recreation, Park and Tourism Management—are conducting a study of mountain bikers’ perceptions of trail access. They need mountain bikers to help by completing a quick painless 15-minute online survey.

Purpose of the Study: In the past few decades, mountain biking has increased in popularity and many new mountain biking areas have been opened. However, access to trails for biking can be problematic and remains an important issue. This questionnaire asks your opinion about mountain biking and access to trails for mountain biking.
