What's the hot ticket for hardpack studded with a potent mixture of sharp & slabby rocks these days? Been running/rocking/rubbing motoraptor/front nanoraptor rear, could use less weight and more cush. Is that on the menu anywhere?
I've had good luck with Weirwolfs front and rear,changed the rear to a Exiwolf and have a little more traction with slightly less cush.Anyways between these 2 tires I don't need to try any others.

I like the Conti mountain king 2.4 seem to work well forms and have the volume for some cush.

+1 on the mountain kings, I also like the 2.2 kenda nevegals. Its weird though, the 2.2 nevegals are quite a bit wider than the 2.4 mountain kings. Both are have durable side walls and offer b*tch'n traction. The nevegals were easier to seal up on Stan's rims.
Thanks Gents. I will look at the Conti's and the Weirs. I had the wide 26" Weirs a few years ago and they were nice for my needs.
