Hi.
Looking for Beginner to Intermediate women riders to ride in the Baltimore area. (I'd try riding with you Sports and Experts, but I'd never keep up.)
I often ride places such as Loch Raven Reservoir, Patapsco State Park Avalon, Patapsco State Park McKelden, Liberty Reservoir, Robert E. Lee Park ("Lake Roland") Gambrills/Arundel HS. (I can get to these places most week days after work and on weekends.)
I also sometimes ride Schaffer Farms, Fair Hill Natural Resources Area, Iron Hill, Greenbrier State Park, Green Ridge State Park, Frederick Watershed, Gambrill State Park. (I can usually only reach these places on the weekends.)
I ride at a casual to moderate pace, anywhere from eight to 15 miles, depending on mood, energy, the heat, etc.
I can also do night riding. (I have the necessary lights.)
I also have a hard tail with slicks! I'd love to do some paved trails (B & A Rail Trail, BWI Trail) or the NCR Rail Trail or even laps at Lake Montebello. I don't do the road though, sorry. (Cars are scary!)
Drop me an email if you are interested: pmweller@yahoo.com
Thanks,
Pam
