First off shipping cost will be around $25(I just shipped a pair of wheels from SC to NY and fedex ground was $26) so that just cut into the cheap side of things nin my view.

Go to your local bike shop or call them and ask if they have anything sitting around that they want out of the store for cheap. I bet they will have something.

The other choice would be go to your local salvation army or that type store and you can most likely find two cheap bikes that will give you front wheels.

Well I tried the ole LBS, but he closed his doors Jan 1. It was a shell of it's former glory anyway. So I have gotten my hands on some cheap walmart schwinn wheels. I'll give them a try. Thanks for the advice though.
