Denver epic XC suggestions?

I'm heading to Denver this May on bidness with a day and a half free to ride! any suggestions for epic XC singletrack trails in the area? I ride/race a full susser bike but I've got to scratch the SS and/or 29er itch, and since I'm not sure if I'll bring the Trek Fuel I might rent sumthin when I get there. (rental shop suggestions?)

All those rides mentioned are all good sometimes just knowing the way to travel and exactly what you like to ride on or like to try new or different.
