FYI:

It has taken a lot of time and effort to get used to the bicycle saddle you are currently riding. Don't worry just because its cover is worn, torn or ugly. I can reupholster your seat and give it a new cover, at a very reasonable price. The current price is only $20. for any color fabric. This price includes standard return shipping*. I ship your saddle back within 24 hours of the receipt of your saddle. (http://members.aol.com/mudmash/rss.html)

What if I want only real leather?

darn...can't replace missing foam. I'll have to keep this in mind for before my (yet to be found) new saddle gets all torn up and chunks of foam go MIA.

The change to grippy cloth from smooth leather wouldn't work for everyone. Although you could have your saddle upholstered to match your aunt's dining room chairs.

seems like you might have a great service here. Glad to hear you are offering it.

However, for me any saddle I would want to re-upholsterer would likely be one that is going to see some rain once in a while, therefore they are saddles that I wouldn't want to be able to absorb water. wet saddle = wet ass. Just a suggestion that maybe you might want to offer an addtional material option that's waterproof.
