PGH FRICK Nine Mile Run Cleanup 6/21/03
I know there are a few of us that use Frick Park as a riding area...
Those who do have seen some nice changes to the overall environment during the last 8-10 months. Most of it we have not been able to be a part of.
Well on Saturday June 21st the Nine Mile Run Watershed group is going to be doing some hands on cleanup of the waterways and surrounding lands.
8AM -12 Noon
Bring boots that can stand the creek, they have some tall rubbers if you don't have any. Gloves, long pants, and friends.
I know this is not necessarily a trail maintenance day, but it would be nice for those of us who use Frick to help make it a bit cleaner and healthier for all.
