I don't see it listed in the poll.But,without a doubt mine and just about everyone I ride with,swears by HammerGel.They say no simple sugars, but it really does give you a prolonged boost.It tastes good.They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from.It costs about 16.00 a bottle but works out to half the price as the other gels.I'm not trying to sell this stuff,even though it may sound like it.Their website is: www.hammernutrtion.com

HammerGel is great but it is hard to find. I like strawberry/banana GU and bananas.

I still say cookie dough is best. Try to get pillsbury, less lumps, less hassle. Also, I recomend you carry a bandana, this stuff is messy. Also, when in a pinch, you can lube your cables or drive train with it. Cookie dough is the ultimate number one energy gel, also, possibly raw eggs might work, whatever is trendiest. You decide.

A lot of the others are getting better tasting for Hammer seems to sit in my stomach pretty good. I love the orange taste.
