For some, they go hand in hand - why?

Scotch isn't quite as refreshing after a long ride.

Could be their similarities; simple ingredients, craftsmanship in production, return to simple pleasure(s), variety of styles...

Or it could be that some of us are just drunks.

wine is generally too sweet, and liquor isn't quite as refreshing. more importantly, why not?

It is Saturday. Of course a bottle of beer has more calories than a can of pop.

I'm currently drinking an icey Buttwiper, and eating a pretty good burger. Sometimes a yellow fizzy beer is just right.

I gots me one ironclad rule. No Andhowsyour Bush. Other than that, I'll try about any beer.

So I always used to have Kirin Ichiban at my favorite Japanese steakhouse. Until I found out who brews Kirin in the United States. Sapporo ain't half bad either.

Say yah to dah UP, eh?

Classic man! My sister went to college at Marquette - NMU. Married a guy from up there. So love it there. Would love to move someday.

And yes. I was drinking a Bells at 9am. My wife was out of town, and I often do bad things like that when I am left unsupervised.
