Does anyone know any other similar bars along the lines of these Belleri Porteur Bars, made by Nitto preforably?
Have you used 'em and do you like 'em?

They look like the nitto north road bars. Rivendell calls them albatross.

Here is what they look like in a bike.....

I do not have them angled so far down anymore. I find I need a pretty long stem because they do not curve forward as much as proper moustache bars. These are the wide 56cm aluminum bars. They also make steel and 54cm bars.

Similar to the mustache, north road and albatross but more staple shaped.

My idea is to use these bars on a Surly Instigator, eventually upgrading the brakes in a similar fashion.

And oddly enough one of my most memorable bicycle experiences was dive bombing log town hill in Van Buren on a
20' inch bike with a very warped front wheel.
Small world.
I remember climbing log town hill without stopping the first time.
Are you still around the area?
dlee...........
By the way, if you are in the area I have the Nitto bars; you're welcome to try 'em out.

I have'nt been in that area for the last quarter of a century, sorry man.
Out of Van Buren I would take my first "touring" adventures to Moffet, Barling and Arkoma etc.
We had to have crossed paths.
I worked at the bike shop on grand ave and a few summers for buster brown.
This was eons ago.
