Just in case there are fellow Deadheads in the forums, letting you know the Grateful Dead website has been revamped and they have a cool taper's section. You can download select songs from different shows. High quality files. They release new downloads every week. And best of all- it's free!!!:D

About in 1994, I met Bob Weir at a bicycle tradeshow in Las Vegas. He was there promoting the Gary Fisher Grateful Dead edition of the HooKooEKoo. Told him about the Mimbres Man Guatamalan cycling jerseys and he came by and bought one. Got his autograph for my sister who was a big Dead fan. It was pretty cool.

These guys have turned me on to a lot of downloadable music. http://www.ratboard.org/viewforum.php?f=1 It's the Ratdog.org crowd. They are very spirited. You can stream soundboards at archive.org too. They also let you download audience recordings which can be awesome.

And I thought this was a thread about Britneys career.

In case any of you missed this 15-year old article (http://sonic.net/~ckelly/Seekay/weir_page_1.htm) in DR, in 1992 I took a night ride with Bob Weir and Gary Fisher to the top of Mount Tamalpais, and we sat around and chewed the fat for a couple of hours.
