I want a change of scenery so I am selling my Planet X Kaffenback commuter bike to make a different cross commuter bike.

It is a size medium, because it is a "compact" frame.

New Salsa Bell Lap bars
New 105 Bottom Bracket
WTB Momentum Headset
Ultegra splined cranks
105 rear der.
8 speed Dura Ace STI shifter/brake levers
Cannondale cantilevers
SKS Chromolite fenders, although the front one is shortened.
Blackburn Metro Rack
Easton EA30 seat post
Ritchey WCS stem
WTB SST-X sparkly saddle or a Selle Italia SLR 121g saddle.
No pedals or blinky lights I am keeping those Smile
Cane Creek Cross/Bar top levers
Mavic Open Pro w/ Ultegra rear wheel
Mavic w/ Dura Ace Front
New Bar tape
New cables and housing

I do not run a front der, but I can put one on for a few bucks if you want.

it has a cool paint job with a dragon on it:

And it will make a nice cross bike if you take off the fenders and rack, or I can take them off too.

How does $425 for the bike sound or $200 for the frame/fork and headset. For now I only want to sell this in PGH....

email me joe at inotion d0t c0m

thanks,
-Joe

If you don't mind my asking, how tall are you and what is your inseam?

I'm 5'10", I'm 144 pounds. I enjoy long bike rides in the park... wait I got off topic.

I have a 30" inseam. For comparisons sake I ride the following size other bikes:

18" spooky hardtail mtn bike
Large Klein Palomino
55cm Seven road
52cm Cannondale cross
52cm Bianchi san jose
