I made phone calls using only a landline (in fact crank called few friends on their new I phone thingys :D )
I accessed the internet using dial up.
I hand wrote a letter.
I paid cash for everything.
I borrowed a movie on VHS tape from the library.
I listened to cassette tapes this afternoon.
I used a paper map to plan a bike ride.
I rode a SS
Scary, huh

Life without batteries or some aspect of 01101000100110 can be pretty satisfying, can't it? I have spent the last two weeks reading old Kurt Vonnegut novels and the original James Bond paperbacks. Aah, summer.
