I am looking for some inexpensive carbon riser bars for my winter bike because plastic doesn't conduct as much heat as aluminum does and my hands get damn cold in the winter so I'll take any edge I can get on that front.
Brand and aesthetics not important but I want to be sure they are structurally sound and safe to use. My only specifications are that they have the 'oldskool' 25.4 clamp diameter and are at least 640 mm (25") wide.
I would like to pay less then $50 shipped, I'm on a tight budget, I told my wife I could finish building the bike for less then $200!
