Free Ride is hosting the Bike Bike Conference of Community and Recycled Bike Shops, from August 10-12 at Pittsburgh Filmmakers in Oakland.

Detailed info on the conference is located at www.bikebike.org.

Expecting between 150-200 people to this from across the US, Canada, and even a few folks from Guatemala.

Friday Aug. 10

Bike Projects 101

10 am - 5 pm Workshops.

Free Ride will be open for bike-building, shop tours most of the day (hrs tbd)

7:30 pm Convene for Welcome & Conference Opening

8:00 pm Bike Ride

9:00 pm Bike Film Fest


Saturday August 11

9:00 am - Breakfast

9:30 - 11:00 Workshops

11:15 - 12:45 Workshops * these will end at staggered times to avoid lunch rush

12:45 - 2:15 Lunch

2:15 - 3:45 Workshops

4:00 - 5:30 Workshops

8:00 pm - Bike Ride

9:00 pm - ??? Celebration at Free Ride! (Spandex-themed....xxx)


Sunday August 12, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
