Cannondale Chase

yo, im new to the ss world so i could use some advice. im picking up a cannondale chase ss for 600. does anyone have any real experience with this ride? pros, cons, sh*t to look out for? what should i expect to replace in the near future?

I could be wrong, but I think the Chase is more of a jump bike. Not sure how it would do riding trails.

yeah, its supposed to be a jumper...i like the geometry on it, its comfy. im not a jumper myself, not that i wouldnt mind learning.

im just curious if the bike is as sweet as it seems

If your one of those guys who rides a mile to your favorite drop and then does it over and over for an hour then rides back home its great. also if you DJ and ride street/park itll be great. But for riding Singletrack longer than 1 mile i hope you love standing for hours upon hours with the burn of lactic acid.

ive got a singespeed black market riot, and its sweet, for its intended purpose.
