I am pleased to report that Ernesto Bike Lube, really does work! After about a 250+ mile trial, my drive train continues to function sans complaint. I found this lube to have viscosity of Tri Flow, which means it is not one of those slow as molasses lubes, and penetrates the chain really well. I also found during the test period, that it does not seem to collect as much sand or dirt as some other lubes used, and so I have not ended up with that black crusty chain funk that often times has to be removed with a degreaser.:)
Kudos on this product, even more so with the focus on sustainability being 100% soybean oil and biodegradable.:D
And yes, it does indeed taste OK and you can cook with it:o
