i was wondering if anyone has any ideas about lockout i have lock out on my fisher marlin (axel fork) and it keeps either not locking out when i want it too or always stays locked out any ideas?

You might want to consider a new fork. The Axel is on the low end of the Manitou totem pole, so even if you fix it, you might end up with more problems.
That being said, the instructions are fairly straight forward and rebuilding a fork is a lot easier than most people realize. If you go to the following link, you'll find the step by step instructions to rebuild your Axel. I'd give that a go first and see what you end up with. If you have a bunch of broken parts to replace, get a new fork, but if it just needs some love, rebuild and run that Axel into the ground!

thanks alot i know its not the best fork possible but it does have its goods and a few bads but overall its great
