04' trek fuel 90 Bottom Bracket size

I have an 04' trek fuel 90 w/the Bontrager SISI cranks and was wondering if anyone knew the size of the BB. I know I can just take it off and find out but am hoping to order one first before taking it all appart in order to keep riding. I believe the BB is bad since I have some lateral movement in the cranks when I jiggle/move them with my hand. what is the chance that the bracket is bad over just loose?

Lateral movement is unusual unless the bottom bracket bearing cups are loose or have backed off in the frame. Do both crank arms move laterally at the same time? Is there any grinding crunchy feeling in the rotation of the cranks?
