I wanna see it!

I've got an Indian Fire Trail as well, but mine's a newer aluminum disc-only frame.

Yowza! She's a beauty! Love the fade paint job. Man, what I'd do for an original BOI...

Havent decided on tires yet. Those are DH Minions- 2.35s. Those will be donated to the Proflex. Waste not want not. I will go with some slicks for road training, and Maybe the Schwalbes. I need to find out how many local races are picky about tire size.Fork is stock "Marin Lite" fork. 750 g claimed weight, I weigh like 215 lbs. Not concerned about grams. (obviously)I dont see much reason to swap it. Bike is pretty light though. I will weigh it when done, and then lie to you guys about the weight. Gonna try barcons. If not I picked up the brake levers for like 8bucks on ebay- so I wont get hurt with that purchase. 7 speed at the moment. Will see how that goes. Biggest thing is to get some training time in the saddle in the spring/ summer to learn how to ride the drops.
I will post more pics as it progresses.

Here is my IFT ghetto-cross in almost complete stage. Looks funny on the little road tires. 1x7 with Kelly take-off and a shimano 105 index for a shift setup. Easier to reach than Barcons. Kept the build on the cheepy-cheep. Havent weighed it yet, but I'm guessing around 20 lbs. Not stellar, but still pretty light to me. Will start beating the lungs into shape soon, then perfecting my barrel rolls while botching my mounts/dismounts :p

Too much stuff around the house requiring $$$ to sink moolah into the project, but I'm pretty satisfied with the results.

I think that I like seeing everyone's workshop and rec rooms just as much as seeing their old bikes.
