A co-worker was passin out info and I grabbed some, also took a couple a bottles to see how it affects me....
So far, so good....one week, 2 shots daily. I don't as of yet feel the supercharging but I remain hopeful. I think I did register the so-called detox headache and very mild squirts, but other n that, I feel good, not sure if better but its early in this bodies' non-clinical Sam Adams and B & B swillin study..... ;)

Euterpe Oleracea is its latin name... 'bout a zillion links, take your pick....

I usually drink a zola Acai drink before races or longer rides. Good natural energy, feel good drink. Creamy quality that is unlike any other fruit drink.

I tried a bottle of it in October. Twice a day. It doesn't taste that good really, and I had to travel to Texas for nine days so I go out of the routine. I couldn't travel with a new bottle?! TSA would've had field day.

The bottle I had contained shellfish, I heard the new bottles don't? Monavie was the brand I drank.

I don't really know what to think?

I like the Sambazon brand stuff. It's yummy. I drank some on a ride once, though, and almost yacked. Of course, it was hotter'n f*ck out and there was a loooong, no-shade steep-ass climb I overheated on. And it was an SS ride.

It seems there is some Ponzi scheme invloving acai berry juice that is sweeping the nation...

Seems there are several distributors, my office conection became a distributor, but is prettty $$$$$, so on-line I can get it for 15$ for 32oz bottles, delivered! which is almost half of what he's distributin for:rolleyes:
I haven't changed any routine things, I want to beleive that some of my normal aches and pains aka arthitis in the knee and back have subsided... time will tell... unfortunately- or not- I have a deep science background and a heavy disposition towards skepticism:rolleyes:
But wtf, if the anti-oxidants are as prevalent as the claims....maybe it'll soak up the car and diesel exhaust I breathe in 2x a day....
