I had someone try that scam on me a few years ago. I knew what was up from the get go. I told them to go ahead and send me the check. I got it the next day. I cashed it but I never followed through with my part of the deal. Just like everyone says, it took about 3 weeks until I got a phone call from the bank that the check bounced. :rolleyes:
