Has anyone tried bicyclewheelwarehouse.com ?

I'm preparing to order a set om Mavic 321s with XT 6 bolt disc hubs, and a pair of Mavic OPen Pros with DA hubs and would like to know if anyone here has experience with them?

They are going out of their way to make sure I get exactly what I want, even asking what type of riding I do and how often before they lace the wheel.

They are also making it a point to ship wheels to me even though I live in Europe with the US Military.

Any suggestions?

Oh, and I haven't seen or heard of them before about a month ago and I've been bike surfing the internet for10 years.

They had good reviews on mtbr.com (take that for what it's worth), but at least they aren't being roasted on mtbr.com by dozens of people who specialize in complaining about things, so that's likely a good sign.

never heard of them, at first i thought they were the same site dav reccomended, but i checked and it turns out that was bicyclewheels.com.

but then i assumed they had at least been around for a while and was going to show you archive.org, which usually catches sites after about 6 months to a year. but they don't have it! i've never seen that before, even my sites have gotten put up there, and that's really saying something for archive.org's thoroughness

but they sound like nice people from your description, i'd probably go for it
