Had it for a couple of weeks now but finally got to see how it fairs offroad.

Twisty singletrack wasn't bad but fireroad cruising let me open it up a bit.

Not bad but it's definitely a road bike. And a good one at that. Compact crankset with 11-28 cassette, fattish tires, high bars, old school downtube shifters. Nothing flashy just a solid build.

Wheels still true? I assume the trail is fairly smooth then? Looked like a nice day for a ride. Lucky bastard! (Oops, sorry about that; back pain makes me cranky :o) Nice looking bike.

Little rooty, few rocks, most are shale so nothing big. Only did 2 or 3 miles but was tempted for more. Maybe on 32's though. Wheels rolled true for another 35 miles that day.

Racing bikes are delicate, normal road bikes can do more then most are given credit.

28mm T-Servs so I can run fenders. Minimal clearance but it works as claimed. Might throw on some 32 cross tires and head back for more one day.

Nice looking ride; just picked up a thermos myself too for hauling espresso to work.

Cool I think I can get 28's under mine yet there's def. some room. Yeah its nice to have some hot Coffee on a long days ride. The silver color really grew on me , its better than the black even.:D
