Currently have 4300 Trek and made mistake of demoing the Specialized SJ FS at a ride. I am getting a little long in the tooth,(57 6'1" 240) and after long rides bumps stay in the body. Would like to hear your opinions of the bike. All you have to do is move the decimal place over one .Trek 350, SJ 3500 Thanks gfeist

ive spent time on both the 26" and 29" 08 SJ FSR,back to back on the same trail, and i liked the 26 more actually, soaked up the bumps the same, but with less wheel weight for climbs.

i just took a 26" fsr expert for a roadtrip and loved it again. if i had to sell my 4 mtn bikes and buy just one, it'd be the stumpy FSR 26".
