Cook's Cranks Problems

Before, during and after every ride I have to tighten my Cook's E-Cranks. I'm running a Race Face Ti BB and I'm wondering if some simple blue Loctite will cure the ills? Any other suggestions besides going back to my Old School XT's?

I have the same setup and it never comes loose unless I want it to.
When I installed it I put Finish Line Ti prep on the bolt threads, threads on bb spindle and in the flats of the spindle and cranks.
This will actually allow you to tighten it more! Hope it's not too late.
