I just have a MTB.
Need too take my bike test for a road motorbike but have ridden and spanked up many a moto-x bike.
I love WSB and BSB aswell, nice watching them getting 180bhp bikes sidewards.

i live about 65 km from nurenburg ring here in germany. i have yet to go for a round but all my rideing friends have. it is crazy becasuse they put you on the course which is 14 miles long with cars bikes exotic things and rigs. any body who wants a spin can pay the 20 euro charge and go for it. i ve seen a few wrecks there. not pretty when you add bikes and cars

Yeah I've heard tales about that place, best one was one about a local on a 125 who new the place overtaking all the people that hadnt been there before and where on large capcity bikes, I guess his corner speed made up for there lack off knowledge.

the back stretch is like 3 miles long or something. it is an awesome ride just to the ring that is why i always go, and heck with the relaxed attitude of the cops we usually ride at 220 or higher to get to the ring.
couple of weeks ago we were riding with some brits and they were all talking about going fast. but they only went like 180 or 190 while i am used to going in at the 240 being the fastest cause no matter how good you are there are always cars and animals and tractors going 40km
that is scary coming around a corner at 245 looking at the backend of a 40 km tractor during harvest season i tend to take it alot slower

Holy crap man, 240Kmh is 149Mph! Not two wheeled but this (http://www.exvitermini.com/movies/nagsupuk.mpg) is interesting (check out the ending) - been around for a while, I'm sure some have seen it. Here (http://www.exvitermini.com/mnagata.htm) is the english transcript for the video, he only hit 328Kmh.
