ICBM what the heck?

Does anybody know when Schwinn started using the ICBM headsets?
I'm parting together a '96 homegrown, I think it was before they started the ICBM thing, but I really don't know.

I believe they came out in 2000. A 96 will not have an ICBM. I own a 99 Homegrown . It dos`nt have an ICBM
