After seeing a bunch of folks get hit or harassed by motorists, I've become more active in the advocacy side of city cycling. One thing I've been told by a person in power is that they need more solid data on specific improvements to your transportation route.
Since the web form for acquiring this data is buried in the website for the SPC (the corporation responsible for doling out funds for nearly every government activity in Southwest Pennsylvania), here's the direct link to the form.
If you're in PIttsburgh, send in your info... what route you use, where the roads suck and what can be done to improve conditions.
