What oil n stuff do I need after a complete rebuild.

Hopefully this is a simple question.

Basically I have a full susp mtb, pretty standard stuff.

I'm stripping it off all its components so that I can then strip the paint of the frame and swingarm.

When I rebuild it what sort of oils and stuff would I need too put back on the moving parts such as crank and any bearing etc etc.....

Well, phil grease (comes in a tube) or park polylube should work. Park polylube can come in a big tub, which allows one to grab a handful of the stuff and slop it on everything. Pick your favorite chainlube for the drivetrain. Use grease on everything ('cept square taper crank spindles) and just wipe off the excess.
