Doesn't it seem like Ryan Trebon needs to push the limit beyond 29"/700c to something like 32" tires?

He should, as it would be the next step for tall people. I'd love to see what a 32" wheel could do for my riding.
But I see Ryan on a CX bike there, and the limit of regulations is almost met there. There's a maximum tire diameter and tire width, and he's almost using them fully.
Since when is 6'5" over 2 meters?
