Did anyone here compete in or attend this year's Cruiser Cup in Downieville? I thought I saw Thanita in the mtbr Downieville gallery, I figured that the Rag would have some coverage. Did I miss it?
I can't wait for next year. I plan to be there, I'm already well practiced in the art of pulling logs and chugging beer. I know I can win that stage! I'll just be happy to ride in the other stages.
So, what are the rules as far as bike setup? I could only find generalities on the web. Are coasters mandatory, or were people running hand brakes in the rear? Can I leave my beer coozie (complete with beer) on the handlebar? Do I have to wear pants? Can I wear a thong in lieu of a helmet? I need details here people. Details!
