shimano XT cranks

I recently put shimano XT cranks on my Sugar. These cranks are really stiff and ride nice. The problem is, keeping them tight! After every hard ride they make a popping noise and I have to re tighten them. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks

Are you torquing them to the specified value? Check your manual. If that still doesn't work then try some Locktite. I have XT Cranks and have never had a problem.

Both of our Sugar's had a warrently replacement to the Shimano crank and my husgands comes loose and makes noise and mine doesn't. His frame is size large and mine is a medium. Suppose that would have a thing to do with it?
