Not only does it provide coverage of all of the races (uphill, cross country, downhill & observed trials) it provides a historical account of mountain biking and an introduction to the sport.
Watch the first ever world championship DH Run on the infamous Kamakazie Downhill, but in this instance on fully rigid bikes!
The trials competition is a lot of fun because not only does it show the pros, it shows some amateurs in action as well! (crashes galore!)
There's so much good stuff in this video that it's difficult for me to describe it all here. If you haven't seen this already, it's a definite must.
